This document sets out the official rules, reward details, eligibility, and winner-selection method for the MeeNidhi Rewards Program (the "Program"). The Program runs regular weekly reward cycles and may also hold occasional surprise monthly reward cycles. It is published in the interest of transparency and in keeping with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. By participating, you agree to these rules read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The cycles above are all the reward cycles scheduled for the current calendar month and are shown live from our system. Reward value and winner count may differ between cycles; the reward applicable to a winner is that of the cycle in which the winner is drawn. A customer may win at most one weekly reward and one monthly reward per calendar month (see clause 5 below).
1.1 The Program is operated by SriPrasadini Pvt Ltd ("MeeNidhi", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the MeeNidhi retail-discovery platform. For any query or grievance relating to the Program you may contact us at admin@meenidhi.com or via our Contact Us page.
2.1 The cash reward value and the number of winners for each reward cycle are set out in the Current Reward Cycle box on the Rewards Program page and are displayed to you at the time your coupon is issued. These figures are not fixed across cycles and may vary from one cycle to the next.
2.2 Rewards are paid in Indian Rupees to the winner's verified UPI / bank details. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other benefit.
2.3 Applicable taxes, if any, on reward amounts are the responsibility of the winner in accordance with law.
4.1 You receive a coupon (a Program entry) by scanning the QR code at a MeeNidhi networked shop. No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
4.2 Direct App Entry. Alternatively, any registered customer may claim one coupon directly from within the MeeNidhi app every week, without visiting any shop.
4.3 One coupon is issued per customer, per shop, per day. A direct app coupon may be claimed once per calendar week.
5.1 The Program operates two kinds of reward cycle: a regular weekly cycle, and an occasional surprise monthly cycle. The type and timing of the cycle currently open are shown in the Current Reward Cycle box on the Rewards Program page.
5.2 For weekly cycles, coupons issued during a calendar month (Indian Standard Time) accumulate and remain eligible for every weekly cycle held in that month — you do not need to re-scan each week.
5.3 To keep the Program fair to all participants, a customer may win at most one weekly reward per calendar month (IST). Once you win, your remaining entries for that month are retired.
5.4 Within any single reward cycle, a customer can be selected as a winner only once, regardless of how many coupons they hold.

6.1 Winners are chosen by a transparent, verifiable random process. We do not hand-pick winners.
6.2 Before each reward cycle, we generate a cryptographic commitment (a SHA-256 hash) of the full, ordered list of eligible entries. We then draw public randomness from an independent external source (the NIST Randomness Beacon or the drand network), which we cannot predict or control, and combine it with the committed list to derive the winners using a fixed HMAC-SHA256 procedure.
6.3 Because the method is deterministic, the process is fully auditable. All proof files, audit trails, and data strings for each cycle are securely retained by the Company and trusted-timestamped (RFC 3161) so they cannot be back-dated. These verifiable proof files will be made available to competent regulatory authorities or independent legal auditors upon official request to independently confirm that the announced winners are mathematically correct.
6.4 Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries in the applicable reward cycle and therefore vary from cycle to cycle. Winning is a matter of chance.
7.1 Winners are notified through the MeeNidhi app and/or the registered mobile number. Winners may be required to verify their identity and payout details before a reward is released.
7.2 Results are published on our public winners list. To protect privacy, winners are shown with a masked phone number.
7.3 Selected winners must provide valid payout and identity details to claim their reward within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of the reward, and the reward amount will lapse back into the company's corporate marketing budget.
8.1 The issuance of coupons, selection of winners, and distribution of rewards remain at the sole corporate discretion of SriPrasadini Pvt Ltd (MeeNidhi). We reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or amend these rules at any stage, for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons without prior notice or liability. Any change applies prospectively and the current version is the one published on this page.
8.2 This Program is a free, promotional reward scheme and is not a lottery, wagering, or gambling activity.
8.3 These rules are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Any grievance may be raised with us at admin@meenidhi.com; we will respond in accordance with the timelines under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
