Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MeeNidhi. We are committed to providing reliable hyperlocal commerce and analytics services to our merchant partners. Please review our policy regarding free trials, subscriptions, and cancellations below.

1. Free Trial Period

MeeNidhi offers an initial free trial period of up to 4 months to eligible new merchants. No billing occurs during this trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without any charges.

2. Prepaid Billing & No Refunds

Upon the expiration of the free trial period, services are billed on a prepaid monthly subscription basis. Due to the digital nature of our analytics and mapping platform, all sales are final. MeeNidhi does not provide refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused services.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your MeeNidhi subscription at any time. To cancel, in your Merchant Dashboard go to Billing and click on the Cancel Subscription link, or contact our support team at admin@meenidhi.com.

Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
Your automated recurring billing will stop immediately, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month.
Access to your premium dashboard metrics and live map optimisation will cease at the conclusion of your paid cycle.
